: Human ResourcesMorgan Stanley’s People Analytics team is looking for a dynamic strategist and problem-solver in New York to analyze people data and partner with key stakeholders to inform effective decision-making. The People Analytics Manager joins a growing, global HR Data & Analytics team. You will:
- Support advanced analytics and research efforts across workforce strategy, diversity, talent lifecycle, employee listening and productivity practice areas
- Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations; and influence internal clients on human capital topics (including the ability to visualize data and tell a story with it)
- Review existing people processes to understand bottlenecks and gaps
- Influence dashboard development to improve client self-service and automation
Requirements
You have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in analytical / quantitative business or HR functions
- Demonstrable advanced skills in presentation development (PowerPoint) and data narration / storytelling
- Demonstrable advanced analytics expertise in Excel or similar data analysis tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to confidently present data-centric topics to spectrums of audiences
Preferred Experience:
- Domain expertise or thought leadership in surveys, recruiting, talent, diversity & inclusion strategies, and data analytics (e.g., statistics, research methodology)
- Understanding of HR processes, information systems, and governance

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 85000 and 135000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
